Project: Education OnlineCourse & Calendar Management
Customer: Children’s and Women’s Hospital
Team: 3 Programmers and 2 Testers
Details: This is an ASP/SQL web-based system. When William took over the project it was several months overdue. It was in danger of not being delivered to the client by the 2nd deadline date and had cost TLD 110% over initial quote to customer. The system had not been thoroughly tested but was close to meeting customers expectations. Client testing was progressing slowly.
Status: Project was completed and delivered to client July 28th, 2000 and has been live for 15 months. Client is extremely satisfied that expectations and product delivered meets their needs and specifications.

Project: Oncology (OHBis)Patient Management System
Customer: Children’s and Women’s Hospital
Team: 7 Programmer Analysts and 2 Quality Assurance/Testers
Details: This is an ASP/SQL web-based system. When William took over the project it was six months overdue and had cost TLD 250% over initial quote to customer. The system was severely flawed due to lack of development and project methodologies as well as formal scope and specifications documentation. Communications with client had collapsed.
Status: Project is now complete and ready for production. Client is satisfied that expectations and product delivered meets their original needs and specifications. A palm-enhanced version is in the works. William has helped TLD evolve objective project management and programming lifecycle methodologies.
